If you have time why not try both The Dining Room All our food is prepared each day by head chef Daniel Ellis who sources his main ingredients from the finest Yorkshire beef lamb and pork within a twenty mile radius and fresh fish from Yorkshire s East Coast. He combines local produce seasonal availability balanced flavours and simple cooking to bring you the best of what Yorkshire food is about. We have an excellent wine list to compliment the menu. The Dining Room is open daily for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. You are recommended to book early. Harvilles Restaurant In relaxed Art Deco surroundings Harvilles is one of Great Britain's best steak houses serving only prime Aberdeen Angus beef whilst our Oyster Cellar has one of the finest selections of Champagne in the region and is an intimate venue for meeting friends and enjoying the freshest seafood.
